ELGi Air~Alert is an IoT-based 24/7 remote monitoring and alert system for compressed-air installations. It acquires operational and performance data from the compressor controller (Neuron III, III+ or IV), transmits it encrypted to secure cloud servers, where smart algorithms analyze it and deliver predictive alerts. It shows trend graphs for discharge pressure, oil temperature, VFD speed, total and load/unload hours, and trips; warns of upcoming service; helps identify leaks; and provides data to inform VFD selection and pressure-band optimization. It can be factory-fitted on EG, AB, and OF Series or retrofitted on existing units with a Neuron III/III+/IV controller.
