Gardner Denver Connect is a master controller for compressor stations with a graphical touchscreen HMI. Two models are available: GD Connect 4 (up to 4 compressors) and GD Connect 12 (up to 12 compressors, including fixed-speed and VSD units). The system uses a Rate-of-Pressure-Change algorithm to select the most efficient combination of compressors at any moment, narrowing the network pressure band and delivering up to 30% energy savings. Each 1 bar pressure reduction yields up to 7% energy savings and up to 25% leak reduction. Integrates with dryers, filters, and condensate drains via PROFIBUS, Modbus-RTU, or LAN.
