Uptime Manager — compressed air master controller

The ELGi Uptime Manager is a master controller for multi-compressor stations that automatically selects the most energy-efficient compressor combination to match actual compressed air demand. Poorly sequenced multi-compressor installations can waste 20–60% of power — the Uptime Manager cuts these costs by running compressors only as needed and bringing standby units online incrementally during periods of increased demand. The system can manage positive displacement compressors of any type, capacity or configuration, whether from ELGi or other manufacturers. The result is reduced idling, stable network pressure and a significantly lower total cost of operation.
