Airleader master controllers for compressor stations

Airleader is a compressor station management system by the German company WF Steuerungstechnik GmbH, backed by more than 25 years of experience and over 10,000 efficiently operated compressor stations worldwide. The master controller continuously measures actual compressed air demand and selects the most energy-efficient compressor combination, holding network pressure within a narrow ±0.15 bar control window. The Airleader EASY suits small stations with up to 4 compressors, while the MASTER II+ controls up to 16 compressors of any make (2 variable-speed units as standard, expandable to 8) and up to 52 sensors via a 7-inch touchscreen and web visualisation. The integrated data memory stores all compressor states and sensor values for up to 20 years — an ideal basis for energy audits and ISO 50001 energy management. The latest generation, Airleader MASTER 4, continues the line with updated hardware and remote monitoring.
