Gardner Denver GDN2/XGN2 are PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen generators that produce nitrogen on-site from existing compressed air, eliminating the need for traditional nitrogen deliveries and storage. Capacity from 1 to 1150 Nm³/h with purity from 95% to 99.9995%, designed for continuous 24/7 operation. A twin-tower design produces nitrogen and regenerates simultaneously, with pressure equalized between cycles to conserve compressed air. Thanks to Energy Saving Technology (EST), the generator uses less compressed air per unit of nitrogen produced. Membrane-type units are also available. 5-year warranty.
