UFM series zero-loss condensate drains

The proven RENNER UFM is a level-controlled condensate drain providing fully automated condensate discharge without pressure (compressed air) losses. A capacitive sensor permanently monitors the level in the condensate container — as soon as the chamber is filled, the electronic controller releases the drain line in a flash and closes it again quickly after emptying to avoid air loss. The electronic UFM-D series (D03–D130) covers compressor delivery rates from 2.5 to 450 m³/min at working pressures of 0.8–16 bar, while a pneumatically controlled UFM-P version is also available for large flow rates. Fibre-glass reinforced plastic and corrosion-resistant aluminium ensure a long service life, and the electronics permanently monitor the function and activate emergency programs when required.
