ROS series oil-water separators

The powerful oil-water separators of the RENNER ROS series separate compressed air condensate fully automatically and reliably into its oil and water components — without relying on gravity separation. The condensate passes through several separation stages and is filtered by various oil-adsorbing elements, while specially selected activated carbon in the final cleaning stage reliably removes the last remaining oil traces. The separators are suitable for both mineral and synthetic oils and achieve a residual oil content of less than 10 ppm, so the cleaned condensate can be discharged directly into the sewer system. The range covers compressor delivery rates from 2 to 60 m³/min with oil absorption capacities of 1.5 to 50 litres, and the systems are certified by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).
