EZL series zero-loss condensate drain valves

ELGi EZL drain valves represent the latest advancement in drain valve technology: instead of operating on a cycle timer they sense the condensate level for activation, so absolutely no compressed air is lost and substantial energy is saved. A typical timer drain with a 4 mm orifice can bleed around 34 cfm of air — equivalent to roughly 6.5 kW of wasted power — a problem the EZL eliminates entirely. The LED display accurately indicates all valve functions and a test switch allows an easy function check at any time. The EZL 10 suits systems up to ~10 m³/min (350 cfm) and the EZL 100 up to ~100 m³/min (3500 cfm), both rated to 16 bar (232 psi). The valves fit directly onto equipment by simply replacing manual drains, with silent operation since no air is discharged.
