Gardner Denver energy-efficient regenerative desiccant dryers with various regeneration methods. The DHC Series heat-of-compression dryer uses thermal energy generated during compression to regenerate the offline desiccant tower, consuming under 50 W — the lowest operating cost versus conventional technologies. DPB, GDHB, and XGHB blower-purge dryers significantly reduce energy costs when preparing the offline tower for its next cycle. DHP and GEHD externally heated models deliver dew points from Class 2 (-40°F) down to -100°F, with flow of 100–8000 cfm and a high-pressure option up to 1000 psig. Paired with FIL filtration, they can reach ISO 8573-1 Class 1 for solids and oil.
