The ELGi HLD modular heatless desiccant dryer is an energy-efficient solution for all applications requiring Class 2 air — painting, powder coating, pharmaceuticals, dental labs, glass, semiconductors, and the food industry. The twin-tower design removes moisture by adsorbing it onto a granular desiccant bed; one tower dries while the other regenerates with dry purge air. Four purge-optimization stages (40/60/80/100%) match flow or moisture load, with separate LED indicators for tower status, purge optimizer, and condensate drain. The desiccant is a mixed bed of activated alumina and molecular sieve (7:3). High-performance filters are included, removing wet particles to 0.01 micron and oil aerosols to 0.01 mg/m³. Optionally the dryer can run under external dew-point control. Certified to CE and CRN.
