N-DHR (Expansia) series non-cycling refrigeration air dryers

The CTA Expansia N-DHR series comprises direct-expansion (non-cycling) refrigeration compressed air dryers for working pressures up to 16 bar with a stable +3 °C pressure dew point. The patented 3-in-1 stainless steel plate heat exchanger with integrated separator delivers an extremely low pressure drop of just 0.15 bar at nominal flow. With capacities from 27 to 9000 m³/h there is a model for every installation, from small workshops to large plants. From model N-DHR 0200 upward, the dryers are fitted with Digital Scroll compressors that adapt cooling output to the actual heat load, significantly cutting energy consumption. The units are plug-and-play, supplied with a power cable and ready for immediate commissioning.
