MPE-N (Masteria) series dry thermal mass refrigeration dryers

CTA Masteria MPE-N dryers use dry thermal mass DTM (Dual Transfer Mode) technology that stores cold during partial-load operation, allowing the refrigeration compressor and fan to remain idle for long periods and saving substantial energy. The patented 3-in-1 heat exchanger — multi-tube pre-cooler, direct air/refrigerant exchanger immersed in a thermal mass, and integrated moisture separator — ensures a stable +3 °C pressure dew point in all operating conditions. The range covers flows from 30 to 3160 m³/h at working pressures up to 16 bar. Pressure drop is just 0.15 bar and the delivered air quality complies with ISO 8573-1. The units are plug-and-play and easy to service thanks to top and side access panels.
