BCA Series Rotary Lobe (Roots) Pumps

The DVP BCA series are volumetric rotary lobe (Roots) pumps made in Italy. Two twin-lobe rotors rotate in conjugated, contact-free motion within a shaped chamber, transferring air from the inlet to the outlet manifold — operation is completely dry, with no lubrication or residues from contact. BCA pumps are always installed in series (as boosters) with primary lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps, achieving a high degree of vacuum. Nominal capacity 279–3465 m³/h; the innovative AdaptShield technology automatically protects both the BCA and the primary pump in critical events (loss of performance, over-temperature) and reduces energy consumption.
