PVR SCREWVAC SD dry screw vacuum pumps use an exclusive hybrid rotor design (variable + fixed pitch screws) that delivers significant energy savings and a low exhaust gas temperature. The water-cooling system allows precise control of operating temperature for each application, while a special surface treatment on screws and stator improves corrosion resistance. The range covers capacities from 110 to 2 700 m³/h with an ultimate absolute pressure of 0.01 mbar; standard motor power runs from 4 kW (SD120) to 55 kW (SD2500) per the PVR Operating & Maintenance Manual.
