Italian Mattei Blade Series — compact, robust, and versatile rotary vane compressors, an ideal solution for small and medium businesses, body shops, mechanical shops, and manufacturers. A belt-driven version (Blade 4–11) and a direct-drive version (Blade i 15/18/22) are available. Flow is 27–127 SCFM, models run slowly at 1,800 rpm and below, with pressure up to 145–175 psi and noise from 66 dB(A). All models include a TEFC motor, full-voltage starter, air-cooled aftercooler, and a MAESTRO XB controller with Continuous and Automatic (load/unload) modes. Blade i is equipped with an inverter for maximum energy savings. A tank-mounted version with an 80- or 120-gallon ASME receiver is available; Blade i 15/18/22 include a condensate drain and separator kit as standard.
